i am a distributor of relaince company. i deal in selling the recharge voucher pls tell me is any libility of service tax in terms of selling the recharge voucher.

sale of goods is exempt from service tax.

Also, specific exemption is available for sale of sim cards and recharge vouchers, vide mega exemption notn no.25/2012. There is no service tax for goods as explained by the expert.
