Urgent-transfer of funds to non qualified donee(cra)

One of my friend have a trust in canada and in India also.She wants to transfer funds in india but it is treated as transfer of funds ti non qualified donee by Canada Revenue Agency.Please suggest ways to overcome the proclem without jeppardizing the registration status.thanks in advance

Any canadian consultant can help you in that. Also the money in India can't be received without FCRA registration.
