Dear Sir,
We are registerd as a corporate insurance agent under IRDA.
Now my query is whether reverse charge is applicable even if service receiver is a Company.

Yes reverse charge is applicable whether Service receiver is company or any other entity. Service receiver to pay 100% i.e., 12.36%.
