19 April 2011 sir,
in case of attempting a case study in corporate law and auditing, if we mention only the main section, will it be sufficient or can we loose marks for not mentioning the sub-clause or sub-section in the exams?

19 April 2011 U wont loose marks for not quoting sections atleast in ipcc level. Remembering nd writing sectn numbr creates an gud impressn on evaluator. Becuz of whch u might get extra marks. Bt no marks r deductd for non quoting any sectn. So to wht extent u remembr quote.
