We are providing panthal and shamiyana service. We have to purchase some goods from Coimbatore (Interstate Purchase). We Have no TIN number. How can we transport these goods .

As per your query, you are doing service then you are bringing your own goods to kerala after purchase in coimbatore, so you can carry a proper invoice for that is enough.

But the problem is when the goods passing check post the authorities detaining the goods on the ground of no valid TIN number

In case invoice has the buyer address in Kerala. then ask seller to give the form JJ to carry the goods to kerala.
