My company was incorporated in Feb 2014
Do i need to file INC 21 for the same??

This form is required to be filed pursuant to Section 11 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 24 of the Companies (Incorporation and Incidental) Rules, 2014.
And we are aware that Sec.11 is applicable W.e.f. from 01.04.2014

Hence Filing of INC 21 for private companies is mandatory for companies which are incorporated on or after 01.04.2014
