I have received an email, that on scrutiny its found that i have done CS in parallel with CA, in response to my application for membership no.
Asked me to fill up form 112 & Rs. 1000 draft.
but i have not done CS final yet.
plss.. guide... its urgent

you have not done final but you join this course without permission, therefore you have to fill up form 112 & Rs. 1000 draft.
