1) My frnd hd purchase 100 RPL Share @ 173 in feb 2008 in my account . (2) Nw RPL is merged wid RIL . (3) RIL Issued Bonus share if i hv 2 purchase dat 100 RPL SHARE , WHAT IS D PURCHASE PRICE 2 ME ?

Before the merger the 100 shares of RPL was in your account.
Please see how many shares you have received of RIL against RPL after merger.
At the time of issue of bonus shares by RIL how many shares you hold of RIL and at which ratio the bonus shares are issued.
The purchase price will be the market price of shares of RIL on that date.

Sir , i hv one question dat if i will purchase RPL Share and RIL Given Bouns 16:1,Every 16 share of RPL i got 1 share of RIL, my friend got 6 RIL share and difference of 4 share , i have to pay Rs. 173 or else? because my friend had purchase RPL @173 Per Share and 6 share of RIL what Price to be calculate for Purchase? and Today RIL announces 1:1 so i have to pay only for 6 share of RIL or I hv 2 Pay 12 share of RIL.

As your earlier queries, you hold 100 shares of RPL and RIL issued shares after merger in the ration of 16:1, it means you got 6 shares of RIL and fraction shares will be paid in cash.
Now, I will suggest you to what exact shares are credit in your friend account in your name of RIL shares as on October 13, 2010 after issue 1: 1 ratio. The balance fraction shares will be treated as shares of RPL and pay amount of 6 shares.
