27 April 2017 I WANT TO KNOW THAT IN CA CARRIER LINE HOW AGE FACTOR PLAY A ROLE.
THAT MEANS IF A PERSON START CA CARRIER @ THE AGE OF 31. HE GET A JOB OR NOT.

AGE IS A ISSUE FOR GETTING A JOB.

27 April 2017 Yes age plays most important role for Job. Taking CA at 31 is a risky business (according to me), coz, If u clear all stages of CA in first attempt, then u r going to get the degree at the age of 36 to 37 years. And as per labour and shop & establishment act the age of retirement is 60 years(58 yrs as per some companies management policy). So u r going to work for 22 to 23 years only. Keep in mind that u also need to struggle to get a handsome job as per ur qualification. One most important thing is that the learning capacity of a person decreases with the increase in his/her age. So as per ur case Practice is a good option instead of going for a job.
