If i filed the return of A.y08-09 in the A.y 09-10 (late filing)through e-filing should i send the acknowledgement of A.y 08-209 to the banglore address or should i get stamped in the relvant range in which i fall.

I dont think no there is any need to send ack copy.

in my opinion for the A.Y 2008-09 the physical paper without DSC should be filed at respective ward only.

In case of E filing the ITR V needs to go to banglore office

The return of income filed electronically with out DSC for the assessment year 2008-09 ,though filed belatedly, has to be acknowledged from the respective ward of the assessee. In other words the ITR V should not be send to B'lore.
