If my first attempt is in May 2015 and I give second attempt in May 2016, will Nov 2015 be counted as my second attempt and May 2016 third attempt?
Please reply its urgent.

As per my opinion May 2016 will be counted as your third attempt. Nov 2015 will also be counted.

In my opinion if you don't apply and appear for the exam it will not be counted as attempt.
