01 December 2012 Can I claim for Service Tax input without making the payment for the bill.
Eg. Invoiced on 30th Nov. Payment is done on 1st Dec.Can I take this input credit for the month of Nov.

01 December 2012 Input Credit is available on Accrual basis subject to the condition that payment to Vendor should be made within 3 months. If payment is not made within 3 months the Input Credit taken will have to be reveresed and interest will be payable.
