if a company deals in real estate business& it apply for pruchase of land in MDA & made dd in favour of mda but afterwards the company decided not to purchase land & the dd was reject.Whether from this transation it is deemed that business was started or not

There is sufficient proof on recird that the business is started. The abortive nature of transaction is not to be construed as business NOT started.
