can any one plz send me draft of huf partion deed. and also i want know whether service tax or vat is applicable to fire fighting system provider.

a: No standard draft per se for HUF partition. What you need to understand, 'complete partition' is recognised by Income Tax. b: Fire fighiting system provider is not included in NEGATIVE list and hence service tax is applicable. @12.36%
