30 December 2009 Please inform below mentioned benefits whether taxable in employee’s hand. If taxable please give under which section?

1) Telephone (also Mobile) Reimbursement.
2) Medical Reimbursement.
3) Vehicle 4 Wheeler is taxable but Vehicle 2 Wheeler Provided by Employer to the employee (Company having own vehicle) and Petrol & Maintenance Expenses. (Partially official & Partial Personal)
