19 August 2013 The various schemes adopted by the government from time to time form a part of law ? Schemes like duty entitlement passbook scheme and duty free replenishment certificate.. if not, there exemption has been given in the Income Tax Act..?

19 August 2013 if the company has taken the premises for rent, then you have to attached rent agreement

if it is owned by director, then NOC from Director has to be attached
