15 September 2011 Up to 31/3/2011 service tax was payable on receipt basis but from 1/4/2011 it is payable on accrual basis. I want to know whether this amended provision is applicable for the coming PCC nov11 exam. I also want to know whether Finance Act 2010 or 2011 is applicable.
