Updation of Registered Office Address at DGFT

My Company has recently changed its registered office. now we want to update the Address in DGFT as we have IEC number. Please advice what is the Procedure.

03 May 2011 director/ partner/ proprietor/ authorised signatury of the company. but appendix-18a must signed by director/ partner/ proprietor.

03 May 2011 Considering the varying practices across various RLA's pl gather & attach the following docs with the application:
1. Power of Attorney of the Signatory/ Board Resolution Authorising him to sign the application
2. MCA form /payment acknowledgement for change of registered office;
3. Bank Certificate with respect to the Account maintained by the company
