can anyone tell me about if form "C" is received more then the vale of one qtr sale then what is the impact of this ,
same question if we give form "c" more then the value of one qtr purchase then what is the impact

c form value can not issue / recd excess value
due to it is not possible
and less value possible due to non-receipt of goods by buyers for example on 31.3.20....goods sold by seller and buyer recd goods in 10.4.20....

thanks for your reply sir, but where i working ,I received a form c which is excess by rs 70/-

if this done only by clerical mistake ,then is this attract penalty or tax (what is overall impact on the company)
