How many years can we carry over un-utilized Input Credit under Service Tax

We can carry forward ST credit for such time till the assessee is existing (since you are asking about utilisation)
If you are asking about the validity of the Invoice for availing cenvat credit (not utilisation) then it is 1year
If you are asking about the validity of the Invoice for availing cenvat credit (not utilisation) then it is 1year
