05 February 2011 Dear Sir,

I am Senthil Kumar.S working in a Private Limited company as an Commercial Executive

We have converted our DTA unit into 100% EOU unit. At the time of conversion from DTA unit into EOU unit we had 38 Lakhs of Input Cenvat Credit. Now my question is whether the un-utilised cenvat credit can be carry forward to EOU unit or it will laspe.

Please confirm.
