Sir i m small trader from rajasthan my tunover is only 15lakh can i purchase goods from delhi i have no gst number becs i m unrajisterd any document need for unrajisterd dealar

You can purchase from outside State. No document other than tax invoice required.

Thanks but here my Ca say that if u buy goods from othet state u need gst or composition but i m very small trader my turnover is less then 15 lakh and also he say if u buy goods from other state an give pen number is not ligal u cant buy its in legal.any section i can explain to my ca

Its very much clear that a person purchase goods from outside State without getting register in GST.
