Learned Experts may kindly be advised as to whether the invoice submitted for" inclusive of tax OR exclusive tax.

Sir, Thanks for your kind reply. Once again bring to your kind notice that COVER-1 Signed Technical Bid: Un-priced Schedule shows " RATE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES TO BE ENTERED BY THE BIDDER". COVER-2 BOQ - Price Schedule: Basic Rate to be entered by the Bidder. Total Amount without Taxes" Kindly Clarify as to whether invoice to be submitted "With Taxes OR without Taxes"? May kindly be clarified.
