Can you please explain me the treatment of the balance amount left in unpaid dividend Account of the public limited co of past years.The period begins from A/Y 2004-2005

20 January 2012 The Company has to comply the provisions of Section 205C of the
Companies Act, 1956,and shall transfer the unclaimed dividends for the year 2004-05 to to Investor Education and Protection Fund.
