How To save Long Term Capital Gain From Unlisted Shares Which was earlier listed on Delhi stock exchange.

If the shares are delisted this means the company is not doing well so get the shares valued as per new provisions and find out if there is any tax liability or not if there is no tax liability then no issues but if there is tax liability then you have to do the transaction off the line
