Undertaking letter to be handwritten or typed?

Sir I have submitted my Form- 108 but due to mismatch of signature of My Principal I have to submit an undertaking letter written by my Principal.
So I want to ask whether the letter can be handwritten or has to be typed properly and submit???

Change of Surname Undertaking Letter as She has got married so many year Sir is there any need of any Marriage certificate of my Principal required to be submitted along with s before not recently?????

There is no harm if you attach marriage certificate as proof of change in surmane.
