Problem which i am facing... 1]Last ITR was filed Manually at Local Income tax Office. 2]unable to recall Secret Answer to the Secret Question. 3]unable to recall password. and further I have already mailed the details at ask@incometaxindia.gov.in/efiling.administrator@incometaxindia.gov.in/efiling@incometaxindia.gov.in., but did not get any response. Now suggest me what to do & where to mail? So that i Can retrieve my Account Password?

First of all you have to create an account. Go to the site of incometaxindianonline efiling login. Input your pan number then you will be asked to fill in the date of birth once you fill it up you will be asked to give the pass word and you have to create a pass word then the question will come. You have to give an email address
Once you have filled the above a massage will be sent to your email and in the email you have to activate the same.
Now, your account will be ready for use and you can upload the same.

If you have logged in and ACTIVATED your account earlier then please Call Aayakar Sampark Kendra (ASK) at 124-2438000 else you should follow following steps:
1) visit wesite www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2)PUT your pan , Date of birth , email ID and other details asked to fill there.
3) Submit the information,
4) click on activation link sent on your email ID mentioned in step 2
5) upload your ITR or use this for future reference
I know solution to your problem because I face this type of problem and finally I found answer my self follo these steps
1.Go to income tax dept e-filing site
2.click on login
4.click on forgot password(which is below in login details) 5.then enter your PAN (it is generated in site) then dont touch frist 2 colums(1.what is your secret question 2.your answer)
strightly you go to enter your new pass word and reapeat new password then enter the code below finally click on reset password. immidiatly your password will reset
follo above steps carefully its very easy other wise ask me doubt immidiatly

Sorry mr Vivek i tried alot but not worked
previously when i opend my clients passwords, Dept asks E-Filining ack number then i am easly opened but now why they are asking secrete question instead of e-filing ack no i dont know if in dept site if they ask e-filing ack no
then i can easily opend that
any way try and try
they ask what is your frist school name? i think you may not forgot this try with this question and good luck
