MY CLINT HAS PAID RS.30,000 IN CASH TO GRAM PANCHYAT TOWARDS LOCAL TAX.
WHETHER THIS IS ALLOWABLE U/S 40A(3)?

yes. it is allowable since this is payment in nature of government payment.please refer rule 6DD
