When should appeal u/s 250 order pass by commissioner but not received physically only sms sent on register mobile no and pan card portal

Within 60 days from the date on which the order of commissioner is communicated to the assessee.
SMS does not contains the points on the basis of which the appeal is decided by the commissioner. You may request for obtaining the copy of the order to CIT(A).

Thank u very much. In my case someone mis use of my account without my knowledge and account was in mumbai finacial year 2008/2009,i m residing in ahmedabad
