Sir, My father is an Chartered Accountant and his M.No. 051193 but suddenly on 1.09.2021 he got attacked with mild stroke and there is some clot in his brain and under this cirmstances he is not in a normal mental condition and even he forgot his signature though he is under treatment of two neuro doctor and both of them diagnosed my father and said it will take time to be normal as age is a factor and he is 75 now. Sir under this cirmstances being a non qualified how may i managed our existing Firm untill and unless the Proprietor will not get well.
