17 July 2013 I incorporated a company which date of incorporation is 26/07/2013. Now I have found that when I file form 1, a typical mistake occur in name, will be minor different in Article of Association.
Please suggest me appropriate solution of this. Can I file form 23 and adopt a new article before first board meeting of this company. Can I rectify this mistake in first board meeting of the company.

If the Form filed by you form incorporation and COI is same, and you thing that some correction is required, then you will file again form-1A for change of name of the company and complete the procedure of name change.

18 July 2013 Sir, COI is same which one name we desire. Mistake in attachment of form 1 - AOA' name.

18 July 2013 It is clerical mistake, no need to go ROC.

If Form-1A, Form-1 MOA, and COI have the same name then no need to rectify the name given in AOA.

18 July 2013 Yes Sir Form 1A, Form 1 MOA and COI have the same.

But, Sir promoter's desire to change AOA with proper complete procedure.
