Example : ABC Partnership co.& One of the Owner Create Same name in Sole Proprietor Ship ,it is ok,sum issue will be happened in future .kindly give solution asap.

21 November 2014 There is no any particular provision objecting such a situation. It is for the partners to decide whether to allow one of the partners so to do.
