sir, my client gets tender of excavtion of sand from river for specific period. he has paid royalty for the same. my question is what is turnover of purchase and where it should be appear in return.

Dear,
Dealer is paying royalty towards uplifting the sand from the river. Its a cost of purchase for the dealer and royalty to the GOVT. Hence u can show the complete payment of royalty as cost of purchases from the URD dealer in MVAT return, as such TIN no of the Purchaser will not be available, naturally.
