I'm not registered in GST because the turnover below 20 Lakh. Pls tell me can i send the goods by issuing invoice not containing the tax therein. If gst officer detained the goods in transit than.....

You can enroll and log in as the citizen and generate the e-way bill in E way bill portal.

Ohkk! But can we issue invoice without charging tax thereon because the unregistered person cannot collect the tax

Yes only tax invoice can't be issued.
