Trustee's name to be changed

I want to change the trustee's name in the trust deed.As per the clause they have to give a written consent by the remaining trustees.what's the exact procedure??

The exact procedure shall be governed by the the law of the state in which such Trust is registered.
If nothing is applicable then the provisions of Trusts Act, shall prevail.
