Trust have loss in AY 2014-15 & return also not in time, so trust can't carry forward this loss.
In future this trust will earn heavy income, so I want proper tax planning in AY 2014-15 ,so that I can carry forward this loss.

you cannot carry forward loss even in future for ay 2014-15 as u have not filed itr in time as per sec 139(1)
