08 October 2009 Closing Stock is taken physicaly by managment.so it is not a part of Trial Balance.its already in your purchase

You can found by
Opening stock+purchase-consumption= closking stock

08 October 2009 Closing stock shall appear in Trial Balance, in the case of "Adjusted Trial Balance".

In this case the purchase figure will be reduced by the amount of closing stock.
