27 November 2014 under RCM service tax liability paid by SR in cash he got input on that then wht should do with in next period . mean how to redeem those input against tax liability

27 November 2014 BT I heard that under RCM for paid taxes assessee should claim 100% cenvat credit

28 November 2014 If you are paying Service Taxes under Reverse charge Mechanism, Cenvat Credit be availed only if comes under the definition of Input Services rule 2(i) of Cenvat Credit Rules 2004

Cenvat Credit can be availed within same month but only after making payment in cash.

29 November 2014 if you pay the tax under RCM then some service under you cannot take the rcredit like transport out wards services. housekeeping services. pls make sure that service use for out ward services.

29 November 2014 only certain services that can't be availed credit otherwise rest of services if tax duly paid can claim credit 100% ???
