Ek machinery sale ki 30 lakh ki but dono party 28 lakh me full & final Payment man gai to 2 lakh bal ka kya hoga treatment?

if it is normal sale, pass debit note for sale otherwise reduce in sale value of machinery

well the sale will be recorded at 28,00,000 if the settlement to price was made at the time of sale
it should be recorded at 30,00,000 when the sale was made and invoice was prepared and then the setllement arises
then 2,00,000 will be charged to P/L A/c
