Can a Husband give Interest-Free Loan Rs 10 Lacs to his Wife..If yes, what will the tax treatment ??

however I would suggest that you provide some nominal amount as interest...

husband give intt free loan to wife. but in that case if wife earn income then ito can clubbed that income in your income. so you can charge intt. as you earn in last year.
