29 December 2011 I am in an Interior Designers Pvt Ltd. Co. Suppose, if my Director did 1lakh exp as Travelling, fooding, lodging for official purpose at a time. then what is the procedure of showing this exp and there is any limitation of amount for the said purpose??

There is no limit for incurring expenditure as long as you can prove that the expense was actually incurred for business purpose.
