10 November 2010 Hi ,

I am a bangalore based company, i have purchased materials from bangalore supplier and asked him to ship it to hyderabad (my client site directly)
can i do it .. if so what all documents he has to carry while travelling

11 November 2010 Collect thed bill in the name of your company from your banglore supplier, and forward the material with your KVAT outward challan (in Andhra it is Form X or Form 600)with your own company Retail Invoice/or Excise Invoice what is applicable. Please note these tow instrument is necessary at the time of material transportation.

11 November 2010 Inward Challan of your Hydrabad based purchaser duly filled and stamped by you and your transporter also send with material it means you have to send three instruments 1. your outward Challan, 2. Your Bill/invoice and 3. Inward Challan of Hydrabad based purchaser
