08 March 2016 GTA LLP is getting transportation service from other transporter..now whether GTA LLP is required to pay service tax on reverse charge basis on transportation bills received by it from service provider GTA ?

08 March 2016 Yes the service receiver is required to pay service tax on reverse charge as per the notification 33/2004-S.T, 34/2004-S.T, 35/2004-S.T., dated 03.12.2004
