03 November 2014 transfer involves termination at one end and induction at other, which may not be so in case of pure termination

03 November 2014 well termination is just part of transfer...first you terminate and then you join somewhere else...

07 November 2014 Why do you feel that your principal will not allow the transfer. He is duty bound to give transfer if your case fits well in the transfer NORMs
