I want to know what is 'transfer pricing' what exactly the meaning of it. plz reply.

Transfer pricing in SERVICE tax simply means the price at which the TRANSFER has taken place.
In Income Tax it has wide connotations. It deals with the transactions (Domestic as well as International) which in the opinion of the Dept are away from Arm's Length Price.
