4)Should we have to file any separate forms as per Income Tax Act or any other Act when transfer pricing situation arises?
5) Should we have to maintain any register or any other document for this transfer pricing (including international transfer pricing)

12 November 2014 Transfer pricing is broadly divided into 1) International and 2) Domestic.
It is designed to curb the practice of AVOIDING tax through sales/transfers between associated enterprises.
The Arm's length price is that price which is competitive in every respect as compared to its contemporary competitors.
