15 May 2013 dear sir/madam
i filled my incometax 2011-12 on 25 nov 2012. my pan is AYOPD5035C
it has been transfer out from cpc to mumbai on 02 feb 2013. now i m in visakhapatnam. whom i contact for further necessary action. pls help what should do. or whom i contact or whom i make letter pls provide me contact details(address).

Your current jurisdiction is of Pune.

check:

Now you have to write letter to your existing jurisdiction for transfer of your records from pune to vishakhapatnam. and one copy also need to submitted at your current jurisdiction of vishakhapatnam.

Since your ITR has been transferred from CPC to Mumbai and your jurisdiction is Pune, but you are currently in Visakhapatnam and planning to move to Maharashtra again, here are the key points:

1. **Jurisdiction is important**: Your ITR processing and communication is tied to your jurisdictional Assessing Officer (AO).
2. **If you want your case handled in Visakhapatnam**, you have to request transfer of records from Pune AO to Visakhapatnam AO by sending a written application to both offices.
3. **If you think moving your records to Visakhapatnam will cause problems**, you can continue with Pune jurisdiction and handle communications there. No need to transfer unless you permanently relocate.
