is there is any procedure of transfer of partly paid up share warrants in lock-in period held by promoters?....

04 September 2013 I know, it is listed company Regulation 70 to 79 of SEBI (ICDRA) deal with such issue.

no MCA has not issue any such notification.

The shareholding pattern of the listed company as per clause 35 of LA deal with this issue.
