Transfer of the firm

17 October 2007 I am the student of PCC Level. my article trainning is running about four months.
I having problem in the firm.
I want to change the firm.
Please send me the procedures for transfer to the other firm?

18 October 2007 My advise would be not to change the firm at the first place. If you have problems then discuss with peers. Changing is not a good option. After being a CA co.s look for all details whether u r faithful or not. Unless u have got a relly genuine reson, don leave the firm.

In case u leave, please take ur CA in confidence ecause joining n leaving a firm for an article is based on mutual consent. If u did not take ur CA in confidence he may say NO on signing the 103 Form.

Procedure---
take form 103 from ICAI. Fill n get it signed from ur principal. Submit this n look out for any other CA firm.

I totally Agree with Mr Shashwat.

Please discuss your issues with your seniors and get it agreed and understand and i am sure they wil not be interest to loose a good person.

If worst, this do not work Fill in Form 103

14 November 2007 Thanks for the suggestion.
Actually there are only two articles including me and my friend. We don't find working environment there. We find racial discrimination. Once we are thinking of leaving this profession.
we have been mentally and physically harrassed. so we can't continue articleship there. so please suggest us kindly how to transfer. Otherwise we are on the way of leaving this profession.
