Transfer of promotors share

12 June 2015 A Company is encorporated under Co's Act 2013 and shares were alloted to its three promotors equally.
Soon after incorporation a promotor don't wants to continue in that company and the reason of problem is that he had not contributed his share of capital in Company's account.
What is the remedy of this situation?

12 June 2015 Take his/her, as the case may be, resignation.
Take a letter of contract on record stating the facts as said by you in your query, duly signed by the said promoter
